I stayed in the Hawthorne Suites in St. Louis, MO.
We woke up at 3:45 in the morning smelling urine in the room.
I put my nose down on the mattress and it smelled terrible of urine.
We tried to stay as long as we could but the urine smell was overwhelming.
I have a 3 month old baby and I was concerned with the smell in her lungs.
We left the hotel at 4:45AM 8-20-2018. We talked to the person at the front desk and he said he was NEW and there was no manager on duty.
He did not offer to give us a different room or did he offer to come to the room to smell it.
I want my money back from the charge on my credit card.
